She is beautiful! Did you see that SWFA lowered their price on the 20X Super Sniper? I think that it would work great on that beast.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is that on the bottom of the magazine? I've seen them, but what's the purpose?

Looks like a magpul floor plate. Usualy they are non-rigid plastic. The loop makes it easier to extract the mag from a mag pounch and the felxibility helps to keep your floor plates from breaking when (if) they are dropped on the ground when you hit the mag release.

Sometimes youll see people use tape and paracord to make a loop, but that doesnt give you the impact resistance, though the paracord trick I see mostly with AK guys now, since their floor plates are as "sensetive" and they dont want to splurge on extra accesories for a mag!
